摘　　要：采用现代化的管理方法、手段和工具已成为企业生存和发展的重要条件。“公路货运企业综合信息管理系统”是为公路货运企业研制的一个大型软件系统 ,为提高企业的社会效益和经济效益 ,增强企业的竞争力 ,发挥了积极作用。本文详细论述了系统需求分析、系统总体结构。Using modern management methods,means and tools has become the great important condition of the subsistence and development of the companies.'The Integrated information management system for road freightage company'is a large software system for the road freightage companies.It has given full play to the well action for increasing social effect,economic benefits and competing force.This paper discusses system demand analysis,software primary structure,subsystem design and system running pattern in detail.
