莪术油微囊栓塞剂的制备

摘　　要：在单因素考察的基础上采用均匀设计法制得莪术油微囊 (CAO- MC) ,对其制备工艺、理化性质及含量进行了研究 ,所得微囊形态圆整 ,平均粒径为 77.3μm,粒径符合正态分布。研究结果显示所制得的 CAO- MC中莪术醇含量 1.35 1% ,有可能试用于肝动脉栓塞。A uniform design was used to optimize the preparation technology of curcuma aromatic oils microcapsules(CAO-MC) on the basis of single factor pretests. The formulation, physicochemical characteristics and drug content of the CAO-MC were studied. The CAO-MC were spherical with a mean diameter of 77.30 μm, and the size distribution conformed with normal distribution. Curcumenol content was 1.351%. The results showed that the prepared CAO-MC might be used for embolization.
