妊高征患者血内皮素-1和神经肽Y测定及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨妊娠高血压综合征 (简称妊高征 )患者血浆内皮素 -1(ET-I)和神经肽Y(NPY)的水平变化对妊高征病情及新生儿出生体重的影响。 方法 用放射免疫方法测定33例妊高征患者和32例正常妊娠妇女的血浆ET-1和NPY水平。 结果 妊高征患者孕龄、新生儿出生体重与正常妊娠妇女差别有显著性意义(F=4.232,P<0.05和F=5.453,P<0.05)。血浆ET-1水平明显高于正常妊娠妇女 ,且重度妊高征患者显著高于正常妊娠和轻度妊高征患者(P<0.05或<0.01)。ET-1与新生儿体重之间呈明显的负相关(r= -0.286,P<0.05)。妊高征患者与正常妊娠妇女NPY比较差别无统计学意义(F=0.198 ,P>0.05) ,但NPY与ET-1呈正相关 (r=0.265,P<0.05)。 结论 ET-1对妊高征的发病有重要的影响 ,并可作为判断病情严重程度的指标之一。NPY具有显著增强ET-1的作用。ET-1有收缩血管作用导致胎儿生长迟缓等 ,影响妊娠结局。Objective To investigate the plasma levels of endothelin-1(ET-1)and the neuropeptide(NPY)in women with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome(PIH)and its clinical significance.Methods Radio immunoassay was used to detection the plasma levels of ET-1and NPY in33patients with PIH and32normal pregnancy women.Results There was significant difference in the gestational age and the neonatal birth weight in group those patients with PIH than normal pregnant women(F=4.232,P<0.05and,F=5.453,P<0.05).The plasma ET-1level of patients with PIH was markedly higher than that of normal pregnant women;and there were significant increases of ET-1levels in the patients with severe PIH compared with those of normal pregnancy women and the patient with mild PIH(P<0.05or<0.01).The plasma ET-1was negˉatively correlated with the neonatal birth weight(r=-0.286,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in plasma neuropeptide(NPY)concentration between patients with PIH and normal pregnant women(f=0.198,P>0.05).There was a positive correlation between ET-1and NPY.Conclusion The measurement of plasma ET-1may be used as a marker for evaluation of the severity of pregnancy-induced hypertensive syndrome.
