产教融合背景下高职应用外语专业群建设实践研究——以闽江师范高等专科学校为例

摘  要:产教深度融合背景下,建设应用外语专业群有其必要性和可行性。通过校企深度合作,产教深度融合,深化人才培养模式改革,重构课程体系、优化整合教学资源,强化实践创新能力,打造专业群双师团队,突出核心优势专业引领辐射的作用;也促进了相关专业的提升,使专业间形成合力,发挥集群优势,促进了人才培养供给侧和产业需求侧结构要素的全方位融合,全面提升了专业群人才培养质量。It is necessary and feasible to construct the applied foreign language professional group under the background of deep integration of production and education. Through in-dept cooperation between schools and enterprises, Minjiang Teachers College carries out the reform of the talent training mode, reconstructs the curriculum system, integrates the teaching resources, strengthens the ability of practice and innovation, and creates the double-qualified teachers for professional groups, which help to improve the quality of talent cultivation and then to make it meet the social and market needs.
