摘 要:采用DSC分析和硬度测定,研究了金属型铸造条件下微量Cu对AlSi11Mg0.3合金铸态时效析出行为的影响。实验结果表明:微量Cu对合金的铸态硬度值影响不大,但能明显提高AlSi11Mg0.3合金的铸态时效硬化潜力。DSC分析结果表明:Cu/Mg含量比小于1时,沉淀相析出孕育速度加快,Cu/Mg含量比大于1时,沉淀相析出孕育速度减慢;Cu含量对沉淀相达到最大析出速度所需时效时间影响不大;随着Cu含量的增加,反映沉淀相析出热效应的放热峰峰高增大。Cu含量对沉淀相析出行为的影响与沉淀相的组成有关,并对此进行了讨论。The Influence of trace Cu on the precipitation behavior of Al -Si-Mg alloy during as-cast ageing has been studied with different scanning calorimetry (DSC) and hardness testing. Test has shown that trace Cu has seldom influence on the hardness of as cast alloy but obviously increased the ageing hardness potential of AlSi11Mg0.3 alloy. The results of DSC show that the incubation rate of precipitation phase has increased with ( Cu/Mg <1 ) compositions and decreased while with ( Cu/Mg <1 ) compositions. The ageing time that corresponds the maximal precipitate rate has seldom been influenced by the content of Cu. The height of exothennic peak reflecting the heat effect of precipitation phase has increased with increase of the content of Cu. The effect oi trace Cu on the precipitation behavior has relation with the composition of precipitation phase, which has been discussed.
