摘　　要：文章介绍了制成的柔性复合式水玻璃旧砂再生机的设计思路、依据,工作原理和基本结构。对关键部分作了较为详尽的分析。介绍了柔性复合式水玻璃旧砂再生机的基本功能,给出达到的基本性能参数。认为该机可以视不同需要实现连续工作制或间断工作制,既可以执行一个完整的水玻璃旧砂再生程序,亦可单独实现加温、干燥、去尘功能。能适应分散再生或集中再生的需要。A flexible compound reclaimer for used water glass bonded sand, of which (he thinking and basis of the design, working principles and basic structure, and basic functions and principal performance paruiticlers have been introduced with detailed analysis of its key components, has been believed to be capable of working in a way either continuous or of batch in desired requirements to execute both a complete used sand reclamation and its separate functions of healing, drying, or dust-removing individually, meeting the needs of reclamation separate or integrated.
