摘　　要：智能化住宅小区通信网络是小区内综合信息服务、小区与外界广域网连接、小区智能物业管理的物理平台。本文介绍了构建智能化住宅小区通信网络平台的两种主要方式 :局域以太网和 HFC网。The communication network in intelligentbuilding systems is a kind of electronic platform,on which the overall in- formation service to the residents,the connection with the internet and the intelligentreal estate management of the building sys- tem,are performed.In this article,there are two ways are outlined on the construcation of the communication network in intelli- gent building systems:local ethernet and HFC network.
