摘　　要：以PEG 40 0和MDI为主要原料 ,NaHSO3为封闭剂 ,合成封端型水系聚氨酯 ,再与抗静电剂TN及相关助剂复配成一种耐久型的抗静电整理液 ,通过该整理液对涤纶织物的抗静电整理 ,探讨了整理效果 ,优化了整理工艺条件。This paper describes the preparation of blocked and waterborne polyurethane with 4, 4 diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), polyglycol (PEG 400) and the blocking agent sodium bisulfite. The durable antistatic composition is synthesized by mixing blocked and waterborne polyurethane with antistatic agent of good compatibility. The main factors that affect the results of antistatic finishing on the polyester fahric are discussed. And the optimum finishing process condition was selected.
