混合浆液配方的优化设计

摘　　要：对 13texT65 C3 5经纱选用 5种浆液配方 ,测试浆液和浆纱性能的 11项质量指标 ,运用浓缩映射法和功能评价值法对实验数据进行处理 ,分析浆纱成本 ,优选出最佳的浆液配方。In this paper, five size prescriptions for 13tex T65/C35 warp are designed, and test is conducted to find their quality indexes of the size and sizing. The method of concentrated shine and the functional appraisal value is used to deal with the experiment date, the sizing costs are counted, and then an optium size prescription is obtained.
