摘 要:连续、长期高速超越问题是现有超越离合器的技术难点,磨损和发热问题都难以解决。链环式超越离合器以其完全创新的功能原理,在承载能力和使用寿命等方面明显优于其他摩擦式超越离合器,而且极大地降低了超越状态时的磨损,在供油充分时易进入类似滑动轴承的流体润滑状态,形成非接触式工况,具备优良的高速超越性能,可广泛应用于对离合器超越性能要求较高的领域。Continuous and long-term overrunning with high speed is hard to accomplish for traditional overrunning clutches due to wearing and heat. Chain-ring overrunning clutch is a kind of friction overrunning clutch invented in recent years. With completely new working principle, it has higher performance in many ways such as load capability and life. While in overrunning state it may work like sliding bearing with hy-drodynamic lubrication. The wearing and heat are quite low since the two working surfaces may be contactless. Experiments show that the overrunning performance of chain-ring overrunning clutch is excellent. Thus it can be widely used in applications where high performance of overrunning is desired.
