摘　　要：研究了高炉冷却筒技术和维修方法 ,研制了冷却筒和炉墙开孔机及其刀具等设备 ,计算炉墙开孔数量、孔径、布局的方法 ,研发了冷却筒安装施工工艺等一整套冷却壁维修技术。该套技术在宝钢 3号高炉的成功应用 ,改善了高炉冷却状况 ,维护了高炉炉型 ,维持了高炉顺行稳产 。The development of cooling cigar technique including cooling cigar construction, perforating machine and its cutting tools is presented. The calculation method of the number, radius and arrangement of the holes is also introduced. This technique has been used with success on No.3 BF of Baosteel, to improve the cooling condition of BF, maintain the shape of BF and prolong the campaign of BF.
