低毒耐水脲醛树脂的合成

摘　　要：在脲醛树脂合成中采用低摩尔比配方,反应过程中添加适量的PVA,苯酚作为改性剂,所得树脂中游离醛含量能稳定地降到0.15％以下,树脂的耐水性有所改善。Low mole ratio(F:U)recipe was applied to prepare low toxic UF resin,and appropriate quanti-ties of polyvinyl alcohol, phenol were added in preparing process. The results showed the free formaldehyde content in the prepared resin was steadily lower than 0.15%, and water resistant property of the resin was improved.
