摘　　要：文章介绍了IP服务质量的研究背景和意义,然后从用户业务流量控制和网络业务管理两个方面剖析了IP服务质量方面的主要技术,讨论了当前的服务质量研究现状和存在的问题,最后指出了该项技术的发展趋势。With the presentation of background and objectives of IP QoS research, the IP QoS technologies are analyzed on the respects of user traffic control and network service management, and the current status of and problems existed in the research are discussed. Finally the development trends of IP QoS technologies are predicted.
