摘　　要：用四极滤质器对光电阴极碱源材料放气成分进行质谱分析 ,给出了分析结果 ,并对所放出有害气体给制备光电阴极带来的影响进行了讨论。The gas composition released from photocathode materials was analyzed with a four-level spectrum filter.The analytical results are given,and the effects of the released unhealthy gas on the fabrication of photocathode are discussed.
