摘  要:对新闻纸厂过程用水溶解物和胶体物(DCS)的来源进行了分析,并对气浮池去除DCS的效率进行了评价。结果表明,采用2000r/min转速、离心20min和0.22μm微孔滤膜过滤可有效地分离悬浮物、胶体物和溶解物。DCS主要来源于DIP、GP和TMP,其含量可占总杂质的90%左右。但它们所含的DCS性质有所不同,DIP以非离子型为主,而GP和TMP以阴离子型为主。气浮池对悬浮物的去除效果明显,但对DCS的去除却十分有限。In this paper, some impurities including dissolved and colloidal substances (DCS) of process water in newsprint mill are analyzed and the efficiency of DAF in DCS removal is evaluated. The results show that centrifugation at 2000r/min for 20min and filtration with 0.22um membrane are practically suitable to separate the suspended substance, colloidal substance and dissolved substance in the process water. DIP, TMP and GP are the main origins of DCS which accounts for about 90% of the total contaminants. Although the DCS contents of those pulps are very similar, most of DCS in DIP are non-ionic and in GP and TMP are anionic. DAF is very effective to clear suspended substance, but has low efficiency to remove DCS. There is no obvious difference between the feed water and accepted water in DCS content, conductivity, cationic demand and CODCr.
