摘　　要：阐述了全国速生丰产林基地建设规划和相关政策,并且提出了在实施过程中应予以重视的问题,建议政府部门改革相关税费政策及计算方法。The construction plan of the fast growing-high yield forest bases national wide and the related policy are introduced. The issues which should be paid attention in the implementation of this plan are discussed, modification of the related taxation policy and taxes calculation method is suggested.
