摘  要:对AFIS纤维测试仪与传统目测方法就半制品棉结含量的测试进行了比较。揭示了棉结含量在清梳加工过程中的一般演变情况。通过对C4型梳棉机与棉结相关的主要工艺性能分析及与FA2 0 1型梳棉机的比较 ,提出盖板倒转是C4型梳棉机在高产量、高喂入品棉结含量情况下生条棉结数优于FA2 0 1型梳棉机的主要原因之一 ,而使用好这一技术的关键是优选较小而合理的盖板入口第一点隔距。对棉结的处理 ,排除比梳解更有利。高产梳棉机应注意在主梳理区之前增强棉结和短绒的排除。从棉结及纤维损伤的角度看 ,高产梳棉机锡林转速在 381r/min、刺辊转速在 10 99r/min时增速仍有一定空间。The neps content of semi finished goods is tested and compared by means of AFIS and conventional visual method,the change information of neps content in opening and carding is pointed out.Through analyzing C4 carding machine and main processing parameters of influencing neps number,and comparing with FA201 carding machine,it is pointed out that the flat reversal is the one of the main cause of the sliver neps number of C4 carding machine smaller than that of FA201 carding machine in condition of high output and high neps content of feeder goods.The key of this technique is selecting flat entrance first point gauge of smaller and rational.It is considered that elimination is superior carding to neps treatment.It is paid attention to eliminate neps and short fibre before main carding region to high production card.From the harm of fibre and neps,the speed of high production carding machine should be increased in condition of cylinder speed of 381 r/min and taker in speed of 1099 r/min.
