摘　　要：固网短信业务是通过将互联网、信息服务、商务服务等功能集于一体,使用户在固定电话网上享受语音、娱乐、信息、商务等个性化信息服务的新型增值业务。介绍了固网短信业务的实现方式、市场发展及营销策略,提出了中国发展固网短信业务应注意的问题。The fixed SMS service is a new VAS over the fixed telephone network,which integrates Internet,in-formatics and business services,provid-ing personalized voice,entertainment,information business and other services.SMS service provisioning,market de-velopment and marketing strategies are described.Issues worth attention are brought forward for the development of SMS service in China.
