摘　　要：本文分析了公共图书馆外文阅览室的现状 ,总结了湖南图书馆外语爱好者俱乐部的实践经验 。The article analyses the present situation of the foreign languages reading rooms in public libraries.It summarizes the practical experience of the Foreign Languages Lovers' Club in Hunan Library as weel.The author advances idess of building new typical foreign languages reading rooms to keep abreast of the time.
