摘　　要：目的:探讨并观察对精神科患者进行优质护理的临床效果。方法:将2012年7月18日至2013年7月18日我院精神科收治的86例精神疾病患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各43例患者。为实验组患者进行优质护理,为对照组患者进行常规护理,在3个月后比较分析两组患者的精神病量表(BPRS)评分。结果:与对照组患者相比,实验组患者的精神病量表评分较优,差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:为精神科患者进行优质护理可显著改善其临床症状,此法值得在临床上推广应用。Objective: Oberseve and explore the clinical effects of high quality nursing care on psychiatry patients. Methods: Choose 86 cases of psychiatry patients from 2012.7.18 to 2013.7.18.,which are randomly divided into two groups- the experiement group and the control group.Each group has 43 patinets. The experiement group is treated with high quality nursing care while the control group is treated with ordinary nursing care .After 3 months,compare and analyze Psychiatric Rating Scale score.Results:After comparing the experiement group and the control group,Psychiatric Rating Scale score was significantly promoted.And clinical symptoms was obviously improved ,P<0.05. It has statistical significance.Conclusion:High quality nursing care on psychiatry patients has good clinical effects,which can improve clinical symptoms and is worth extension.
