亚健康门诊人群中医体质的分布情况分析

摘　　要：目的 :研究亚健康门诊人群中医体质的分布情况。方法 :对2009-2013年四川省中西医结合医院亚健康门诊收治的96例亚健康患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,采用瑞康中医体质辨识系统分析其中医体质的分布特点。结果 :本组亚健康人群的年龄段为11-70岁,主要集中在20-40岁的年龄段(占比为52.08%),其次为40-60岁的年龄段(占比达36.44%)。在本组亚健康人群中,中医体质为平和体质者占31.3%,中医体质为偏颇体质者占69.7%(其中阳虚体质、阴虚体质、痰湿体质者均占10%以上)。在本组亚健康人群的中医体质中,居前3位的中医体质分别为阳虚体质、阴虚体质、痰湿体质。在本组男性亚健康人群中,平和体质者占40.9%,偏颇体质者占59.1%(其中阳虚体质、痰湿体质者均占10%以上)。本组女性亚健康人群的中医体质分布情况是:在本组女性亚健康人群中,平和体质者占23.08%,偏颇体质者占76.92%(其中阳虚体质、阴虚体质者均占10%以上)。结论 :40岁左右是人们发生亚健康的主要年龄段,有阳虚、痰湿体质的男性是进行亚健康干预的重点人群。Objective:Study on the TCM constitution distribution of subhealth clinicpopulation.Method:Adopting the retrospective analysis,extracting 96 cases in sub health clinic from the year of 2009 to 2013,using the TCM constitution system to analysis the TCM constitution characteristics of distribution of sub health population.Result:people with constitution of yin-yang harmony accounted for 31.3%,constitution of yin-yang biased accounted for 69.7%.In the constitution of yin-yang biased,the top three is constitution of yang asthenia,yin asthenia and phlegm-dampness,each of them is accounted for more than 10%.The proportion of male,who is in the constitution of yin-yang harmony ,is twice than the female,the top two constitution of yin-yang biased of male is constitution of yang asthenia and phlegm-dampness,the top two constitution of yin-yang biased of female is constitution of yin asthenia and yang asthenia.Conclusion:Sub-health zoomed in on the age around 40 years old,the male with constitution of yang asthenia and phlegm-dampness is the key intervention of sub health intervention,but the different constitutionwomen can not ignore the sub-health.
