摘　　要：本文研究了无磷洗涤剂助剂层状二硅酸钠,在800-900℃,120秒之内快速合成的结晶规律。证明在800-860℃,120秒之内,能够合成从比较纯的δ相层状二硅酸钠,比目前专利文献报道的结晶时间缩短了5倍以上,实现了δ相层状二硅酸钠的快速生产。XRD、SEM、钙交换容量、pH值、去污性能等指标对合成产物进行了表征,证明合成的样品具有典型的δ相层状二硅酸钠的特性。In this paper,the crystalin rules of non-phsphate non-phosphate detergent bulider & layered sodun discate have been studies in 120 seconds at 800-900 c it was proved that pure layered sodiun disillcate can be synthesized in 120 seconds at 800-860c and the crystallin time can be shorten 5 times than early resuits Tihs is an effective way for preparing layened sodum disiicate XRD,SEM Ca2+ ion exchange,ph value and soil removal characterized the as-synthesized samples The experiments showed typical as-synthesized syampies possess the properties of layered souiun diskcate
