摘　　要：介绍了文献检索的概念和种类,以及文献检索在科技期刊稿件处理、编辑加工等工作中的重要作用,尤其强调了文献检索对提高科技期刊编辑专业素质和业务素质方面的重要作用.The concept and types of literary index are introduced, as well as literary index's important effectiveness on dealing with manuscripts and edition of science & technology journal. Especially, the key influence of literary index on improving editor's professional and working capabilities is emphasized.
