银川市土地资源市场化经营方式探析

摘　　要：通过分析银川市土地资源利用现状,提出了在市场经济条件下,科学合理地开发利用银川市土地资源的措施及应遵循的基本原则,以利于加强银川市土地利用的集约化规模,促进区域中心城市的建设。Through the analysis of the current situations about the harness of land resources in Yinchuan, also in order to strengthen the intensified scale of its land utilization and accelerate the construction of regional central city, the measures and basic principles under the situation of market-oriented economy which harness the land resources rationally are put forward.
