摘  要:根据机械加工表面存在微小峰、谷的事实和磁偶极子理论 ,阐明了利用地磁场检测钢球表面裂纹的实验结果 ,即钢球表面的漏磁场高于该处的地磁场本底值 ,表面裂纹上的漏磁场更高于光滑表面的漏磁场以及裂纹正反方向处 (1 80°)的漏磁场却反低于地磁场的本底值。On the basis of the fact that there are always small peaks and valleys on machined surfaces, the experimental results of detecting the crack on a steel ball surface have been explained by magnetic dipole theory as that the magnetic leakage field strength over a steel ball surface is higher than the background of the geomagnetic field there; the magnetic leakage field strength over the surface crack is higher than that over the smooth ball surface; on the contrary, the magnetic leakage field over the ball surface with crack and its opposite (180°) are lower than the background of the geomagnetic field.
