摘 要:Inconel718合金喷丸后分别在 70 0℃和 740℃进行时效处理 ,采用应力分析仪研究喷丸层的应力分布及应力松弛规律 ,并通过X射线衍射 (XRD)定量分析喷丸层及基体中γ″相的析出动力学。喷丸处理在Inconel 718合金表层形成残余压应力场 ,表面压应力约为 -5 3 0MPa,最大压应力距表面约为 0 1mm ,约 -62 0MPa。喷丸后的时效过程中 ,表面残余压应力逐渐发生松弛 ,应力松弛的动力学过程满足Zener Wert Avrami关系。 70 0℃和 740℃时效时 ,Inconel718合金喷丸层及基体中γ″相的析出动力学过程明显不同 ,喷丸处理促进了γ″相的析出。Mechanical surface treatment by shot peening followed by ageing at 700°C and 740°C is performed on Inconel 718. The residual compressive stress field induced by shot peening and its relaxation behavior during ageing are determined. The determination of the precipitation kinetics of γ″ phase in the shot peened layer and the matrix respectively by XRD quantitative phase analysis. The results indicate that the residual stress at the surface is compressive, and the residual stress value increases with depth to the peak value and then decreases. The compressive residual stress at the surface is about -530MPa, and the maximum value of the compressive residual stress is about -620MPa appeared at about 0.1mm from the surface. The residual stress induced by shot peening relaxes during following ageing process and the relaxation process is consonant with the Zener Wert Avrami formula. Precipitation kinetics of γ″ phase in shot peened layer are different between the ageing temperatures of 700℃and 740℃, especially at the initial stage. The precipitation process of γ″ phase is accelerated by the shot peening.
