倾斜板沉降技术在木利锑矿的应用

摘　　要：分析倾斜板浓密机的结构和特性 ,介绍两型号倾斜板浓密机在木利锑矿的应用效果。木利锑业公司选厂原生矿泥的溢流与重介质净化水和螺旋分级溢流 ,料浆浓度分别为 0 8%～ 1 0 5 %和 1 3 %～ 1 0 6% ,给料为 13 0～ 170和 13 0～ 968m3/h ,料浆中 -10 μm颗粒占有率为 68 11%和 5 4 3 2 % ,沉降速度慢为 0 5 2和 0 64m/h ,分别采用KMLZ3 80 /5 0和KMLZ -2 15 /5 0倾斜板浓密机处理 ,溢流含固量 3 5 3～ 43 7mg·L- 1 ,回水率 84 63 %～ 89 67% ,底流浓度 10 %左右。Based on the structure and characteristic analysis of the decline panel compressor technique, the application result of two types decline panel compressor in Muli Antimony Mine is described. In the Concentrator of Muli Antimony Co. Ltd., the overflow of ore mud and the purified water with heavy medium, and the overflow of the classifier are treated by KMLZ380/50 and KMLZ 215/50 decline panel compressors. The slurries, with solid contents of 0.8%～1 05% and 1 3%～1 06%, and 68.11% and 54.32% of solid less than 10μm in particle size, and 0.52 and 0.64m/h in settling velocities, are fed in 130～170 and 130～968m 3/h, respectively. The solid content in the overflow and underflow from the decline panel compressors are 353～437mg/L and 10%, respectively, and 84.63%～89.67% of water are reused.
