摘　　要：介绍了中铝山西分公司二期高压站离心压缩机变速箱齿轮的技术改造方案 ,以及齿轮副的制造、安装、跑合及使用方情况。采用硬齿面双圆弧齿轮 ,变速箱的噪声、振动及运转平稳性较改前有显著改善 。This paper introduces the technical reform scheme about variable-speeders gears of the high-pressure air station off -center air compressors which is used on the second term of CHALCO Shanxi Branch, and the situations about the manufacture, assemble, use etc. By using the harden-face double circular arc gears, the noise, vibration and steadiness of variable -speeder are remarkable better than before, and the effect is very well.
