摘 要:为了满足输入电流谐波限制标准,例如IEC 1000-3-2,在DC-DC变换器前加入一级功率因数校正变换器作为预调节器。但是对于有保持时间要求的电源,当输入掉电时,由于受下一级DC-DC变换器占空比变化范围的限制,预调节器电容上存储的能量不能全部传送到输出端,因此需要较大容量的电容以提供要求的保持时间。该文提出1种新的预调节器,它可以充分利用预调节器的电容能量,因此在相同的条件下可以减小储能电容,并且保持电容电压低于450V。分析了这种变换器的工作原理,并在1个250W的原理样机上进行了验证,最后给出了实验结果。Power factor correction converters are widely used as a pre-regulator to comply with IEC 1000-3-2 specifica-tions. However, for power supplies with hold-up time require-ment, when the input drops out the energy stored in the capacitor of the pre-regulator can not be fully transferred to the next stage due to the limit of duty cycle in the downstream dc-dc converter. A new pre-regulator integrated with a boost converter is proposed. The bulky capacitor can be reduced and the energy stored can be fully delivered to the next stage by the inserted boost converter. In the same time a feedback winding is used to suppress the voltage across the capacitor below 450V. The downstream dc-dc converter (Asymmetrical Half-Bridge) can be designed optimally due to the constant output voltage. Basic operation of the converter is discussed and experimental results are presented to illustrate the circuits overall performances.
