摘　　要：利用商业有限元分析软件Marc对考虑切削刃钝圆半径的切削加工过程进行了有限元模拟。A finite element simulation of cutting with the tool edge radius consid ered is presented using the commercial finite element software Marc. The effect of the tool edge radius on cutting force and cutting temperature is analyzed.
