摘　　要：试制及生产的结果表明:根据产品要求,优化化学成分,采用合理的熔炼和造型工艺及适宜的熱处理工艺,加上严格的生产过程管理,在采用国产设备及原材料的条件下,可生产出高性能的奥贝球铁产品。The result of trial manufacture and production showed that under the conditions of using Chinese equipment and materials, it is possible to produce ADI castings with high properties by optimizing chemical composition according to the requirements of the product, adopting reasonable melting process, moulding process and proper heat treating process and as well as, implementing strict control of production process.
