摘　　要：提出了一种新的复合数字水印技术,采用将小波变换技术和离散余弦变换技术结合在一起的方式,大大提高了水印的抗攻击能力,能非常有效地抵抗图象剪切攻击,使得添加的数字水印具有良好的鲁棒性和不可见性.实验数据表明,该方法是一种行之有效的新型数字水印技术.According to the current techniques in digital watermark, authors put forward a novel method of digital watermark embedding and extraction, the method combines discrete wavelet transform (DWT) and discrete cosine transform (DCT) and achieves an excellent result in robustness of digital watermark. Lots of experimental data has been provided to illustrate the superiority and the effectiveness of the new method in digital watermark.
