摘　　要：供求之争一直是经济理论史上的一条主线或争论焦点。而有效供给创造需求应该是人类社会经济运行的基础性规律。换言之,供给主导型经济是人类社会经济发展永恒的主题。供给主导型经济不仅有其存在的理论基础、理论及实践依据,而且对增大我国的有效供给,保持我国经济的持续、快速、健康发展,进而实现全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标也极具现实指导意义。Supply and demand issue is a main line or issue focus on economic theory history. But effective supply creates demand, which is a foundation regulation in the circulation of human society economy. That is to say, supply predominance type economy is an eternal topic in economy development of human society. It not only has its theory foundation, theory and practice base, but also has an important meaning to enlarge effective supply, keep economy development continually, quickly and healthy, realize the struggle target of constructing well-off society all-round.
