摘 要:本文在对絮凝理论分析的基础上 ,设计了几种不同扰流形式的旋流 -扰流絮凝反应器。通过试验对其絮凝效果进行了分析和比较 ,找出了比较合理的絮凝器结构。这对于研制开发新型絮凝反应器 ,发挥新型絮凝剂的效能 ,提高出水水质 ,保证供水安全具有十分重要的现实意义。The present paper aims to introduce a new-style rotational disturbed flow reactor developed by the author and the technology involved with the given reactor. As is known, the current research on the development of a high efficiency flocculation reactor remains a focus on water supply treatment. Without it, it is hard to bring into full play the highly efficient flocculants in drinking water supply and the wastewater treatment. In order to effectively utilize energy dissipation and increase the flocculation velocity, different disturbed devices have been mounted on the traditional rotational reactors. The experimental results show that the disturbed device here is equal to the stirring arm in function, which can make the reactor nearly perfect in stirring and mixing by enhancing the turbulent flow and pushing the reactor flow through the series multitudinous connection. As a result, higher flocculation effect can be gained with the shortening of the reaction time and the decrease of the reactor's volume. Detailed regression analysis of the experimental data helps to define the best-disturbed structure of the new reactor.
