摘  要:目的 :研究推拉动作在不同时间内对大鼠心肌酶活性的影响。方法 :雄性 Wistar大鼠 88只随机分成对照组、+Gz暴露组、推拉动作组 ;测定暴露后 30 min,3h,12 h,2 4h和 48h5个时间点的心肌酶活性的变化。结果 :+Gz组和推拉动作组与对照组比较 ,在 30 m in,3h和 12 h3个时间点 ,肌酸激酶 (CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶 (CK- MB)、乳酸脱氢酶 (L DH)和 α-羟丁酸脱氢酶 (α- HBD)均显著增加 (P<0 .0 1)。 +Gz组与推拉动作组间比较 ,CK,CK- MB有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;推拉动作组 L DH,α- HBD有上升趋势 ,但无统计学差异。 2 4h后 ,+Gz组、推拉动作组与对照组比较 4项指标均有增高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,推拉动作组 4项指标比 +Gz组有增高趋势 ,但无统计学意义。 48h后两实验组的 4项指标均恢复到正常参考值的范围内。结论 :+Gz及推拉动作在 2 4h内可使心肌酶含量明显增加 ,且推拉动作的作用更为明显。AIM: To study the effect of push-pull maneuver on activity of myocardium enzyme of rats in various time. METHODS: 88 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into the control group, +Gz exposure group and the push-pull maneuver group. The variation of activity of myocardium enzyme were examined respectively at 30 min, 3 h,12 h,24 h and 48 h after exposure. RESULTS: Comparing with the control group, the creatine phosphokinase(CK) and its isoenzyme(CK-MB) and lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) and α-hydroxybutyric dehydrogenase(α-HBD) of +Gz group and push-pull group all increased obviously at 30 min,3 h and 12 h(P<0.01), and there were remarkable difference in the value of CK and CK-MB between +Gz exposure group and push-pull group(P<0.05). The value of LDH and α-HBD of push-pull group have increased tendency, but no statistical difference. Comparing with the control group, the CK and CK-MB and α-HBD and LDH of +Gz exposure group and push-pull group increased(P<0.05) at 24 h. The four indicators of push-pull group have more increased tendency than that of +Gz group but have no statistic meaning. And after 48 hour, four indicators of push-pull and +Gz group all return to the normal scope. CONCLUSION: High +Gz and push-pull maneuver could increase the content of myocardium enzyme and the effect of latter was more obviously.
