摘　　要：目的 :了解腔内心电图指导床旁紧急临时起搏器安装的成功率。方法 :根据不同部位腔内心电图形特点 ,指导床旁经静脉紧急临时起搏器安装 2 3例。结果 :2 3例患者中 3例失败 ,成功者为右房起搏 1例 ,右室起搏 19例 ,成功率为 87%,术中出现室性早搏 12例 ,术后出现电极脱位 3例。结论 :腔内心电图指导床旁紧急临时起搏成功率高 ,为抢救危重患者争取了时间。AIM:To investigate the success rate of emergency bedside temporary pacing guided by endocardial mapping. METHODS:On the basis of the characteristics of right endocardial mapping at different sites,23 patients with serious acute bradycardia were treated by emergency bedside temporary pacing. RESULTS: In the 23 patients, 1 case was treated with right atrial pacing; 19 cases were with right ventricular pacing; 3 cases were unsuccessful and the success rate was 87%. Premature ventricular pacing occurred in 12 cases during the operations. Dislodgement of electrode occurred in 3 cases after the operations. CONCLUSION:The success rate of emergency temporary pacing guided by endocardial mapping was relatively high and this method is helpful to raise the success rate in saving patients with acute serious bradycardia.
