三穴五法对腰椎间盘突出根性痛镇痛作用的研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察三穴五法对腰椎间盘突出根性痛的镇痛效果。方法 :将 2 1 0例患者随机分为实验组和对照组 ,实验组 (n =1 0 8)采用三穴五法治疗 ,对照组 (n =1 0 2 )采用传统手法治疗 ,分别于治疗后 5’、1 0’、3 0’、1h、2h…… 2 4h进行评分 ,并将评分结果统计分析。结果 :实验组 :总有效率为 94.44% ,平均镇痛时间 1 8.40± 2 .1 1h ;对照组 :总有效率为 82 .3 5 % ,平均镇痛时间 1 0 .60± 2 .63h。经统计学处理 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :三穴五法对腰椎间盘突出根性痛是一种较好的镇痛方法。Objective:To observe the clinical analgetic effect of three points and five methods to lumbar disc herniation (LDH) radiculalgia.Methods:210 cases of LDH were randomly divided into experimented group (n=108) and controlled group (n=102).The experimented group was used three points and five methods and the controlled group was used traditional manipulation.Then evaluate respectively the score after compressing both of the methods 5'、10'、30'、1h、2h……24h,finally statistic and analyse the score.Results:In the experimented group,the total effectual rate getting 94.44%,the average analgetic time 18.40±2.11h;While in the controlled group getting 82.35% and 10.60±2.63h.Conclusion:Three points and five methods was a kind of preferable analgetic method to LDH radiculalgia.
