复方中药含药血清对大鼠成骨细胞增殖及矿化功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察补肾健脾活血方中药含药血清对大鼠成骨细胞增殖及矿化功能的影响。方法 :制备补肾健脾活血方复方中药含药血清 ,取不同浓度剂量干预体外培养的成骨细胞 ,用MTT法检测成骨细胞增殖率 ,用茜素红染色法显示矿化结节的形成。结果 :补肾健脾活血方含药血清能明显增加成骨细胞增殖率和矿化结节形成数 ,且与含药血清浓度呈正相关。结论 :补肾健脾活血方能明显促进成骨细胞的增殖 ,并能促进成骨细胞对骨机质的矿化功能。Objective:To observe the effect of medicated sera of Bushen Jianpi Huoxue Recipe to the proliferation and mineralization of osteoblast.Methods:made the medicated sera of Bushen Jianpi Huoxue Recipe, used different density dosage to interfere the cultured osteoblasts, detected the proliferation rate of osteoblasts with MTT assay, showed the formation of mineralization tuberculums with alizarin Bordeaux staining.Results:The medicated sera of Bushen Jianpi Huoxue recipe can increase the proliferation rate and mineralization tuberculum number of osteoblasts obviously. This affect has positive correlation with the density of medicated sera.Conclusion:Bushen Jianpi Huoxue recipe can promote the proliferation and mineralization of osteoblasts obviously.
