摘 要:以铝交联蒙脱土为载体,研制铜离子改性铝交联蒙脱土催化剂,在贫燃条件下考察其选择性还原NO的催化活性,并与Cu/ZSM-5做了比较。结果表明:采用浸渍法Cu2+负载量以w(Cu2+)=3%为最佳,可使NO转化率达52 25%;采用SO2-4改性能较大幅度提高催化活性,使NO转化率提高15 42%,同时能使操作温度范围更宽,500℃NO转化率仍达到22 16%,优于Cu/ZSM-5。Using montmorillonite pillared with oligomeric hydroxyl al uminum cation (Al-PILM) as support, the catalyst Al-PILM modified by copper io n was prepared, and its selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of NO with propylene for modeling of automobile exhaust under lean-burn conditions was investigated and compared with Cu/ZSM-5.The catalyst modified by SO2-4 increased th e NO conversion from 2600% to 4142%.The catalyst prepared by impregnation ha d wider operation temperature than that by ion-exchange,and the conversion of N O was 5225% at 350 ℃ and kept 2216% at 500 ℃.The optimal copper loading is 30wt%.The results show that the catalytic performances of Cu/Al-PILM are bet ter than Cu/ZSM-5.
