摘 要:制备了Zn2+/聚丙烯酸酯无皂水溶胶交联乳液,考察了交联剂用量、交联温度对涂膜交联度、耐水性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明:交联乳液的最佳制备温度为60℃,交联反应室温下即进行完全。涂膜的耐水性能于n(—COO-)∶n(Zn2+)=10∶3时达到最大(水中溶胀度减小了86%),交联反应主要发生在胶乳表面—COO-与Zn2+之间。涂膜力学性能在n(—COO-)∶n(Zn2+)=2∶1时最佳(拉伸强度增加了823%),因为随交联剂用量的增加,少量胶乳内部—COO-也参与了交联反应。Curable emulsion of Zn2+/acrylate copolymer soap- fr ee hydrosol was prepared.Some factors affecting the coating properties such as c uring temperature and content of crosslinker were studied.The best temperature f or preparation of curable emulsion was 60 ℃.Crosslinking reaction was completed at room temperature.The crosslinked film had the best resistance to water at n(-COO-)∶n(Zn2+)=10∶3(swelling degree in wate r decreased by 86%),and the reaction happened mainly between -COO- on the surface and Zn2+.The coating had optimum mechanical properties when n (-COO-)∶n(Zn2+) was 2∶1(tensile strength incr eased by 823%),because a little -COO- inside the emulsion particle also reac ted with Zn2+ as the content of curer increased.
