摘  要:对电炉 HBI加入工艺、电炉终点控制 (TPC)、洁净钢生产、窄成分控制 (NCC)、薄板坯连铸的稳定性、水处理、薄规格热轧薄板生产以及管理模式 (例如 AEP,TP)等进行了讨论。珠钢在达产速度、≤ 2 mm厚的薄板占总产量的比例、创新能力和市场竞争能力等方面达到了国内外先进水平。由于 CSP技术高的经济效益 ,在 2 1世纪初该技术将强化它替代传统连铸工艺的趋向。The operation results, including HBI charging , EAF terminal process control (TPC), clean steel practice, narrow composition control (NCC), thin-slab casting stability, water treatment , thin-gauge strip production and management pattern (such as AEP, TP) have been discussed. It is concluded that Zhujiang Steel is the pioneer CSP plant not only in China, but also in the world because of its fastest learning curve, highest portion of less than 2 mm hot strip, stronger competitive power and innovation ability. It is pointed out that CSP technology is probably to be improved further replace the conventional casting process at the beginning of 21 st century by its high profitability.
