摘　　要：就 Als问题经 1年的探索研究 ,并结合相关专家、学者的观点 ,探讨了酸溶铝对钢材性能的影响。笔者认为 ,在生产中可以通过调整钢中的 Als来控制钢中的夹杂物、组织性能 ,但不同的钢种对酸溶铝的控制要求并不相同 ,要有效地提高钢的纯净度 ,还必须控制钢中的 Als/Al≥ 0 .The behavior of soluble aluminum in steel and its effect on steel properties are discussed. In production the inclusion content and morphology can be controlled by Al s control, but the appropriate Al s is different for different steel grades, and further more, the ratio of Al s/Al should be ≥0.90 for cleanliness control.
