摘　　要：介绍了国内外现有洗碗机工作原理和发展概况,分析了现有洗碗机存在的不足;阐述了超声清洗的工作原理及作用机理,提出了一种新型的超声洗碗机,并初步设计了新型超声洗碗机的结构和工艺流程.The operation principle and general situation of development of the domestic existing dishwasher are introduced at first, and blemishes that dishwasher exists are discussed, the operation principle and function mechanism of ultrasonic cleaning are presented, a kind of new-type ultrasonic dishwasher is developed. The structure sketch and characteristics of the new-type ultrasonic dishwasher have been given finally.
