SARS流行期间急诊过渡病房的护理管理

摘　　要：根据严重急性呼吸综合征疫情的需要 ,我院急诊工作量剧增 ,为避免交叉感染 ,建立了急诊过渡病房。主要收治在急诊室就诊同时需要住院治疗的危重病人。此举措可有效避免严重急性呼吸综合征在院内传播 ,在特殊时期起到了非常重要的作用。根据急诊过渡病房的特点 ,我们实施了有效的防护措施 ,对每位护理人员进行岗前培训 ,并合理安排人力及工作程序 ,同时严格管理患者家属。通过各项有力的措施 ,确保了病人的医疗安全及护理质量 ,避免了医务人员的感染及病人之间的交叉感染。自我院急诊过渡病房成立以来 ,未发生医务人员感染 ,在此特殊时期为保证医院非隔离区的医疗工作正常进行发挥了重要作用。The workload in emergency room in Peking Union Medical College Hospital dramatically increased because of SARS outbreak. In order to prevent cross infection in hospital, the transitional ward was established to hospitalize critical patients from emergency room.This was an important measure in specific period that could control disease transmission within the hospital. In the transitional ward, effective infection control precautions and pre-post training were conducted, nursing staff and work process was arranged reasonably, and number of visitors and time of visiting were strictly restricted.These measures assured the patients’ medical security and quality of nursing care. And transmission to healthcare workers and cross infections among patients was avoided. Since the transitional ward had been established, infections of healthcare workers did not occurred, and suspected cases and SARS cases were transferred to SARS specific hospitals. Transmission of SARS in inpatient departments was effectively controlled, and medical services in non-isolation region were insured.
