对JJG30-2002《通用卡尺检定规程》的探讨

摘　　要：国家质量监督检验检疫总局发布了 JJG30 - 2 0 0 2《通用卡尺检定规程》,取代了原先相关测量器具 :游标卡尺、带表卡尺、数显卡尺、深度卡尺等的 5个检定规程。新老规程相比较 ,有 5条条款发生较大的变化。现就 5条变化条款进行探讨 ,从新老规程改变的表征、原由以及将会产生的后果等方面 ,用与测量器具制造标准 (国家标准 )对照比较方法 ,找出规程改变的因果关系 ;用测量原理、误差理论等方法进行比较分析 ,从中找出规程改变后的优点和不足 ,并对有关问题提出不同的见解。The JJG30-2002 Verification Regulation of Current Calipers,issused by the state bureau of monitoring,inspecting and quarantining on qualification,replaces 5 traditional verification regulations:vernier caliper,dial caliper,digital display caliper and vernier depth gauge. Compared with the traditional regulations,five provisions are changed greatly. This paper discusses the 5 provisions from their attribute,reasons for improving and related results,finds out the assets and weak points,and presents some corresponding opinions.
