摘　　要：阐述了一种实用的表格自动处理系统的实现方法.并针对表格自动处理系统中的一些问题提出了新的算法,如表格体的倾斜校正快速算法、手写数字多余横向笔画的去除算法等.这些算法的提出使整个表格处理系统的处理效率和处理精度都得到了一定的提高.This paper explains a kind of method to carry out a form automatic recognition system.This paper put s forward some new algorithms on problems in the form automatic recognition system,such as the fast algorithm to detect and rectify the slanting form image,a new solution to the problem of how to process useless horizontal strokes in character recogni-tion preprocessing.These algorithms improve the recognition accuracy and recognition efficien-cy to some extends.
