摘 要:保证暂态功角稳定性的实用动态安全域 (PDSR)边界 ,可由注入功率空间上描述各节点注入功率上、下限的垂直于坐标轴的平面和描述暂态稳定性临界点的 1个或少数几个超平面围成。后者所包含的每个超平面对应着 1个且相异的临界割集。计算PDSR时可以计及系统元件的复杂模型。文中在PDSR的基础上推导出临界割集功率传输极限 (PTLCC)的表达式 ;通过理论和实例分析表明 ,PTLCC不是常数而是在一定范围内变化 ;并且提出了精确计算最大PTLCC(即可用传输容量 )的数学模型和考虑暂态稳定约束的发电经济调度模型 ,它们皆为线性规划问题 ,易于求解。求取最大PTLCC的算法简单、实用 ,可在线使用 ,并且被优先选择的节点的有功变化对系统稳定性的影响较小 ,这为运行人员提供了有用的信息。The boundary of the practical dynamic security regions (PDSR) in injection space is the union of hyper-planes vertical to coordinates axes that represent upper and lower limits of the nodal injections, and one or a few hyper-planes which describe critical points of transient angle stability in injection space for a specific contingency. Every hyper-plane boundary of dynamic security regions (DSR) corresponds to only one the critical cutest of network. In determining the critical points of transient stability, a simulation method is used with detail generator and load models. An expression, based on PDSR, for the power transfer limit of a critical cutset (PTLCC) is deduced. Theoretical analyses and case studies indicate that the PTLCC is not unique and varies in some range. Considering the generation dispatching, a mathematical model for determining the maximal PTLCC and a mathematics model of transient stability-constrained generation economic dispatch are recommended, which are linear programming problems such that they are very easy to solve. A simple and practical algorithm for solving the PTLCC maximization problem is also proposed which can be used in real-time. And the selected nodal order can provide very useful information to the system operators that the change of active power at nodes in the front of the order has less effect to cause system instability. A real bulk power system has been used to test the proposed methods.
