摘　　要：论述了配电网静态安全分析的基本概念 ,在基本变结构耗散网络模型基础上扩充了母线结构 ,从而建立了包含变电站在内的配电网的简化模型 ,讨论了配电网静态安全分析方法 ,定义了配电网静态安全程度、配电网静态安全率和配电网静态安全减负荷值等指标 ,以及配电网风险顺序表和配电网安全减负荷顺序表等静态安全分析结果展现形式 。Basic concept of distribution network security analysis is discussed. The dissipated variable structure network model is expanded by a new data structure of bus node, based on which, a simplified model of distribution networks considering substations is proposed. Process of distribution network security analysis is given in detail. Indices of distribution network security level, distribution network security ratio and load shedding value for security are defined. Risk sequence tables and load shedding sequence tables are described to show the results of security analysis. An example is given in the end to verify the whole security analysis process of distribution network.
