摘  要:介绍了加氢反应器的基本状况及工艺操作情况,对T接管产生裂纹的机理进行了论述,并对T接管产生裂纹的原因进行了论证,提出了改变T接管插入方式的建议。The hydrofining reactor was key equipment in the chemical plant.The T-junction of hydrofining reactor was found many crackings.The principle and technics operation of hydrofining reactor were introduced in the paper.The cracking mechanism and cracking reason for T-junction were also discussed.As a result,some good suggestions for changing insert methods of T-junction were also proposed.
