利用集对分析法对马鞍山市大气环境质量进行综合评价

摘　　要：集对分析法是一种用于处理不确定性问题的综合评价方法。该文利用这一方法建立起大气环境质量评价模型 ,将各测点待评定的样本值与分级标准形成对子 ,逐个比较其共有特性、相反特性及差异特性 ,从不同的侧面刻画 2个集合的联系与关系 ,即集对分析 ,从而能够比较准确地判别大气环境污染状况。作为实例 ,对安徽省马鞍山市大气环境质量进行综合评价 ,所得结果与该市当年环境质量公告的相一致。集对分析法为大气环境质量评价提供了一种简便、准确、适用的新方法。Set Pair Analysis (SPA) is a synthetic assessment m ethod for treating with uncertainties questions. A SPA model of assessing air environmental qualit y is constructed by using sample value of monitoring compared with the value of standard grade. Using this model, the situation of air pollution c an be accurately identified by depicting the relationship between the two sets f r om all the aspects of the samecontraryindefinite characteristics. An example in the assessment for air environmental quality of Ma'anshan city is used and a sa tisfactory result is achieved.Result agrees with the announcement result of the city. SPA provides an accurate and effective evaluation method for assessment of air environmental quality.
